However, Sometimes circumstances can change which results to time being extended, therefore we assess each situation individually to ensure the best outcome for you. That said, we’ve never had a client we couldn’t secure a property for, and our average purchasing timeframe as always been 30 days.

For investors, we offer a fixed-rate fee, which varies depending on your individual circumstances. After a quick consultation, we’ll be able to provide a clear quote.
For owner-occupiers, we also charge a fixed fee for properties up to $2,000,000, with the exact amount depending on your budget and search requirements.
For luxury properties exceeding $2,000,000, our fee is based on a percentage of the purchase price, which we can discuss and agree upon during our strategy call.
